Make your dream come through and explore Western Canada from the saddle of a Harley Davidson.

Feel the clean Canadian air on your face and smell the trees, while you driving through western Canada’s most beautiful provinces. There is nothing like the feel of a real Harley driving on the most gorgeous roads and makes your “boys” dream come through.

You will travel the world famous “Icefields Parkway” and see the very impressive Rocky Mountains. For 5 days your Harley will be your best friend, many heads will turn when as you pass by.

Conveniently, your luggage will be transported in the “chase truck” that will accompany you during the trip.

Groups are up to a maximum of 6 with a minimum of 4 Harley Davidson’s.

There is the choice to travel in a group or to go individual to the next stop.

Every day there will be more then enough time to explore the area around your hotel.

Only full size Harley Davidson’s are used. Choice of “Road King”, “Heritage Softtail Classic” or “Electra Glide Classic” (or similar . . . no Sport Stars!)

The total distance covered during the 5-day trip is about 2,000 km.

INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE:

Day 1 (Sunday Arrival day)
• Arrival at Kamloops Airport:
Sun. Aug. 30, 2009 (Tour A)
or September 6, 2009
• Transportation from Kamloops Airport to Hotel/Sun Peaks

Day 2 (Monday)
• Transportation from the hotel to rental station
• Introduction/instruction and handing over Harley Davidson’s. (Including signing waivers, credit card imprints etc.)
• First day tour with guide in the Kamloops / Interior area
• Return to hotel in Kamloops/Sun Peaks.

Day 3 (Tuesday)
• Day tour Jasper Alberta

Day 4 (Wednesday)
• Day tour to Banff Alberta driving the Icefield Parkway

Day 5 (Thursday)
• Day tour to Banff area and to Revelstoke British Columbia

Day 6 (Friday)
• Day tour from Revelstoke back to Kamloops
(between 4 pm and 5 pm return the bikes to the rental station)
• Transportation back to the hotel in Kamloops Sun Peaks.

Day 7 (Saturday)
• Transportation to Kamloops airport.

All days will be guided by a guide in a truck that follows the group to transport the luggage (& if needed a weary passenger).

When possible the group will meet during the day at lunch stops etc.

Note: guest will drive by their own schedule solo or in a group, as they wish).

• 5 days Harley Davidson rental and insurance (Deductible/own risk $ 2,000 Canadian dollars. Secured through credit card imprint and authorization)
• Introduction/instruction on day two.
• Helmets supplied if needed.

Notes:
• The rental station offers a clothing shop with a great choice of biker clothing, foot wear and helmets. (no “beanie” helmets allowed on the tour)
• The Harley Davidson’s used are all in perfect condition and close to new. (2008 or 2009 models)
• All guests have to sign a waiver!!(Language is English, we will explain it in German or Dutch if necessary)
• Insurance is included with a liability of CDN 2.000.000.- deductible / own risk $ 2000.- We need a imprint off a valid credit card from each guest and pre-authorization for $ 2000.-
• Guest is responsible for all fines!! (Like speeding!!)
• If no damage the deposit will be returned in full.
• Minimum age is 23 years and two years min. experience on a motorcycle. A valid motorcycle license is required. (copy at time of reservation!!) No international drivers license necessary.
• Minimum size off the groups is 4 and maximum is 6 motorcycles!
• Limited luggage facilities on the motorcycles. (room for rain suit, snack pack etc.)
• Every motorcycle can be booked with a passenger. (passenger can only be booked with a rider and shares the same room)
• The guest who completes his booking first has the first choice of motorcycle, second guest second choice etc.
• Not included in package price: gas for the Harley Davidson, meals other then breakfast
• 4 weeks before departure date is deadline. (we need then the minimum). Full payment has to be received min. 28 days upfront. 50% of total amount at booking.
